Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Refunds and Exchanges can be made at TCM Schoolwear within 30 days for any item purchased. All items must be in perfect condition. Please ensure to bring your invoice as proof of purchase.

If you need to return your items by post you are liable for any costs incurred. We will either phone or email you when we have received your items and will then commence the refund procedure.

The cost of delivery will not be refunded.
