Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
Returns and Exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt for any item. All items must be in perfect condition. Returns can be made either in person or by post. If you need to return your items by post, you are liable for any costs incurred.
How to make a Return:
1. Click the Start Your Return button below.
2. When asked to choose your retailer, type Eco Fulfillment into the search bar and select it from the list.
3. Enter your details. Please include your TCM Schoolwear order number with your return so we can identify and process it promptly.

Please ensure your return meets our TCM Schoolwear returns policy before sending your item back.
We will either phone or email you when we have received your items and will then commence the refund procedure.
The cost of delivery will not be refunded.
