Collections Policy

Once notification has been received by email that an order is ready for collection, customers may call to TCM Schoolwear on Tuesday nights between 7pm and 8pm to collect their orders. Should there be any changes to this arrangement all updates will be posted on our Instagram Account/Facebook Page; TCM Schoolwear.

Outside of the above collection time, customers may either email tcmschoolwear@gmail.com or contact us by calling 061 713529 so that collection arrangements/times may be arranged. 

We will always endeavour to arrange a collection time that suits you.

Please ensure to bring your order number/invoice as proof of purchase. 

Delivery Policy

All orders are dispatched as soon as possible via our courier service.

A flat delivery charge of €4.95 per order applies, regardless of the number of items purchased. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
