Collections Policy

Once notification has been received that an order is ready for collection, customers should either email tcmschoolwear@gmail.com or contact us by calling 061 713529 so that collection arrangements/times may be arranged. 

We will always endeavour to arrange a collection time that suits you.

Customers may also call to TCM Schoolwear on Tuesday nights between 7pm and 8pm to collect their orders. Should there be any changes to this arrangement all updates will be posted on our Facebook Page; TCM Schoolwear.

Please ensure to bring your invoice as proof of purchase. 

Delivery Policy

All orders are dispatched as soon as possible via our courier service.

A flat delivery charge of €8.00 per order applies, regardless of the number of items purchased. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

If you have any questions regarding your order or delivery, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

An alternative option to paying the delivery charge is to nominate one person to collect multiple orders. This arrangement can be accommodated once proof of purchase is provided for each order.

Customers may also share the cost of delivery by placing one large order together with friends or neighbours.
