- We accept returns for damaged/faulty goods within 14 days of receipt.
- A product is considered damaged/faulty if it is damaged or defective when you receive it.
2. How to Return a Damaged Product
Contact us by either phone or email within 14 days of receiving the goods. Include your order number, a description of the fault, and photos of the damaged product/item.
3. Refunds and Replacements
- If the product is found to be damaged/faulty, you will have the option to choose between a refund or a replacement for the relevant item (subject to availability).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Non-Faulty Goods
Please note that this policy does not apply to items returned because they are no longer needed, unwanted, or incorrectly ordered.
